Currently running a i5 5400 and a GTX 1060. My budget is $1000 or less. I'm in the United States. No real preference on parts company besides I usually buy from Newegg, but Im open. I don't have a preference on AMD or Intel, I've generally stuck with Intel but its whoever is offering best bang for buck. The PSU is brand new and locked in, already have it. Have RAM that will be compatible but its cheap ram so I can get different if needed. I'd like to stick or a Micro-ATX or Mini-ITX case. RGB is cool but not needed. I also will want a SSD of some sort. Have at least two 1TB HDDs but theyre slower 5400RPM.

CPU:
MOBO:
RAM: G.SKILL Aegis 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3000
GPU:
PSU: Corsair HX750 80 Plus Platinum Full Modular
Case:
Fans:
CPU Heatsink:
Storage: 1TB SATA 5400RPM

Edit:// Computer will be use mainly for gaming, I will be running dual monitors but theyre only 1080p, I will upgrade later to 4K Monitors though.

Edit 2:// READ THIS IS YOU DONT WANT TO READ MY TEXT: I already have a PSU and the RAM, but I can live with buying new ram if needed. $1000 or under Micro ATX or Mini-ITX case. Will need a SSD. Gaming.

you can get a ryzen 7 on that same platform but with mini, does not sound like you are going to be playing the big games at max settings.
that single 5400rpm HDD might slow your system down when transfering. the 8tb external link below is still good for a cheap 7500rpm internal for $170. watch those style of enclosers from best buy and i have gotten 8tbs for $120 when on sale. youtube on how to shuck them.
