Building a new system...Looking for opinions

Ok, heres what im thinkin.
I want to build a system in a small form factor case, and I really like the silverstone Sugo sg10.

My choices for components are:
asus rampage IV Gene 2011
3930k
32gb ram
256gb ssd
4tb hdd
750 watt high power astro
corsair h80, I would go dual rad but it wont fit into my case.
radeon 7970 ghz card, Im thinking the triple slot asus card, just because the cooling on it.

Now i know haswell is out, but I do a lot with my pc. I encode videos, play games, I dj, Compile and work on apps just to name a few. I was thinking the LGA 2011 platform fit my needs best. I dont really want to have to delid a haswell just to get decent chips, plus the boards are expensive as well. I would rather pay a couple extra hundred for a faster setup anyways. What do you guys think?

I think I'd go with the Msi 770 lightning for Gfx. Very good cooling as well, and it will perform slightly better than the 7970ghz when overclocked. Which you can handle because of the excellent cooling. Other than that, everything looks solid, although I'm unsure of the power supply. Make sure it's a decent brand and preferably modular because space is at a premium.

Could save some money on Ram, and the Psu perhaps, but, if you are already buying the parts you have listed, spend the little extra. The ram is 1866mhz, and Cas 8 which is really nice(color scheme also matches the motherboard for a bonus). Power supply is modular and has plenty of power for you.
