I am Trying to build a basic gaming setup here(mid to high settings) and I have compiled a list of the components for a budget (900$ to 1100).Kindly let me know if these will suffice for games like FarCry Primal etc :

dont build around the old amd cpu and of the newer intel cpu are better gaming cpu. if you can hold off till april/june for your build the newer gpu from amd and nvidia will be out.

you forgotten the GPU 😀, I would personally get a better CPU cooler with 6600k for overclocking with his budget

no gpu because the newer pascal and amd gpu are dropping soon. he better off with them.
