Building a PC around 1200€ - 1300€. Thoughts?

This is my first time building a PC (I right now have a laptop, so i don't know much about this), so please tell me if this machine is gonna have any problems.
Where i live this is about 1300€ in the cheapest store.

CPU: Intel Core i5 4690 (Not going to overclock)
MOBO: Gigabyte GA-Z97M-DS3H
HDD: Seagate Barracuda ST1000DM003
SSD: Can you recommend me a cheap one that's around 120GB?
RAM: Kingston HyperX Fury 2x4GB Black
ODD: Samsung SH-224DB Black
VGA: Gigabyte GeForce GTX 970 4GB Windforce 3x
PSU: Cooler Master V750S
Case: NZXT H440 Black & Green

I already have a monitor, keyboard and a mouse. Please tell me what i should change and what should i keep.

Well,you should just build this rig you posted and get the samsung ssd,i really cant recommend something better thany your build,that is really good.
I would just go for it...
