Building a PC around Christmas and I need final suggestions and comments

Just want to know whether this is a balanced build for 1080p gaming at ultra and if there are any obvious gaps to save money without sacrificing much performance. Well instead of getting a $215 mobo and a $300 cpu, you should go for a i5-6600k since it is way better and more future proof and you can get a good mobo for it for around 140-180$ so the price will even itself out and you will get a way better performance overall. Also with it you should go for DDR4 since again that is the future and the prices are quite similar again. Maybe you might want to go for 2x8gb instead of 2x4gb so that you save yourself the hassle of getting more ram in 1-2 years.

I don't intend to go any more expensive than the price at the moment and swapping those parts out I believe will make the overall price higher.

Actually if you stick to the 8gb ram just swap it out with a ddr4 and swap the cpu+mobo for the ones I told you, price won't go up with more than 10-20$.

Well if he decides to overclock then that's a good way to go but this here is an easy to buy and build system with decent components and fair deals on all of it, IMO.
