Building a PC Cooling system

Hello as the tittle says Im building a PC, but I need to know something... so I been using a h100i GTX and my last PC and I was wondering If I should keep it, It has almost 1h year and half never maxed the PUMP or FANS always used them at the lowest setup.. and I dont know if I should change cause I would only change it for a hyper evo 212. wont upgrade would be better to keep it and use it on my next setup or change it because it already have 1year and half?

Also, is the Asus z210 Strix a good MOBO?

Keep the h100i it's better cooler than the 212 evo but is louder than the 212. If you plan on overclocking then just stick to h100i, 212 evo is good but you won't be able to achieve higher overclocking with that.
