So the specs are:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
RAM: Kingston Memory HyperX Fury 8GB
SSD: Segate EireCuda 1TB
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken x52
Mother Board: Asus ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING ATX AM4
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 1650 Super
PSU: Be Quiet! 600W

Solution
Personally, I'd spend less on that cooler and more on getting more memory, 16Gb as a 2 x 8Gb kit.

If you are not overclocking then a $30 Hyper 212 Evo would do just as well. I have one keeping a 3600X nice and cool.

Something like

So, I have a budget of $1100 - $1200 and I think this pc is pretty decent, if not feel free to tell me.

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2600
RAM: Kingston Memory HyperX Fury 8GB
SSD: Segate EireCuda 1TB
CPU Cooler: NZXT Kraken x52
Mother Board: Asus ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING ATX AM4
GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 1650 Super
PSU: Be Quiet! 600W

P.S. I'll be playing: League, Minecraft, Fortnite and so on.. More of those cartoony games (don't judge me lol)

Better GPU, better RAM, better longevity, IMO.

Of course you could always use the stock cooler, personally I find them to be too noisy.

You don't need a high-end cooler like that for a Ryzen 2600.

You would likely be much better off putting that money toward components that will affect gaming performance, such as a higher-end graphics card and a 2x8GB kit of RAM. For optimal CPU performance, you don't want a single stick of RAM, at the very least, and it shouldn't cost much more to move up to a 16GB dual-channel kit of DDR4-3000 or 3200.

Are you in the US, and is this in US dollars? Have you tried selecting your components on PCPartPicker? For an $1100 gaming system, I would definitely want to see more of the budget put toward a better graphics card, and would definitely want to see at least 16GB of RAM in there. For that budget, you could probably even move up to something like a Ryzen 3600. If you want an aftermarket CPU cooler, even 120mm tower coolers under $40, like a Hyper 212 Black or Freezer 34 should be plenty.

Here is my take on an $1100 gaming build:

The 3600 is your best bet in my opinion. Considering the games you're playing don't seem very GPU intensive and I assume you're playing @ 1080p, I wouldn't go for a more expensive GPU right now. New gen is likely releasing in the summer and you'll be able to pick up a better gpu should you wish second-hand for far cheaper. I'd invest in a 144hz monitor if you can afford it and do not own one. Monitors, cases, quality PSUs are some of the parts you can re-use a lot more than other things.
