Hello,

My friend is wanting a new pc and he has asked me to create him one. I have a strict budget of £470 to buy all the components, doesn't matter about the peripherals.

Build Version 1:

Mobo: MSI 760GM-P23

CPU: AMD FX 4100

GPU: Asus HD radeon 7770

RAM: Crucial 8gb 1333mhz

PSU: Corsair builder series CX 430w

Optical Drive: Liteon Ihas124 24x Dvd±rw

Heatsink/fan: Coolermaster Hyper TX3 Evo

Case: CiT Vantage Gaming Case Black

OS: Windows 7 HP 64bit

HDD: Seagate 500gb 3.5" internal

So what do you think of the build? Any recommendations or changes?

Thanks,
keemann

bump the processor up to 8-core fx8120 if you can
not sure but can you paste individual component prices/where you got them? it saves me time to compare but for example atm i am making £550 build with (£50)2tb hard drive (£53)60gb ssd (£99)fx8120 (£45)8gb 1600mhz ram and (£145)gtx660.
