Building a pc for my girlfriend

My girlfriend is interested in building a gaming pc to play planetside 2 starcraft 2 and sims and have a decent upgrade path for the future, She already has a graphics card and needs a build for under 400$ or really close to that amount

No AMD builds please AMD is terrible for planetside 2 and Especially starcraft, is it possible to get an i5 with this build too?
