Hello everyone! I am new to pc business so I need guidance.. hehe. I need help specifically on finding the parts, I live in the Philippines with the Currency PHP(Philippine Peso) but for convenience I'll convert it to USD.

I'm also going to want to focus on running these games with medium/high graphics, conveniently:
-Starcraft II
-World of Tanks and World of Warships
-CS:GO
-Guild Wars 2
-Dragon Nest
-Fortnite
-PUBG or not

My Budget is $576 (P 30,000)

As far as I know what I need is the following:

Case
GPU
CPU
RAM
HDD/SDD (which would be more convenient)
AVR...?

The reason for me to build a new pc is.. Well let's just say my current PC can't run minecraft with shaders, that's how bad it is.

So, I've given it a thought and I think these following parts will be good.

Gigabyte Geforce GTX 1050 ti (Graphics Card) $245.89
i3 6100 (CPU) $115.98
ASUS H110M-D D3 LGA1151 DDR3/DDR3L micro-ATX Motherboard $74.02
Kingston HyperX Fury 8GB DDR3 1866 MHz Memory (RAM) $83.63

I've given it some thought and I think these parts are good. Also, as the title suggests, I am building an entirely new pc from scratch. I'm gonna need some other parts apart from those, right? I'd like to know what else I need, what parts/components am I missing. Except for a monitor, I'm currently satisfied with my current monitor. I'd also love a blue themed case, paired with my blue backlight headset and mouse, but again, idk much about prices so the price I put is not accurate. I'd also want to know, what to get, HDD or SDD, if whichever, please give a specific brand and model, as I need to put some research.

Also need a tip on HOW to buy it, whether to buy it ONLINE or IN PERSON and why, because I saw these components and its prices online, specifically lazada.com.ph.

To the kind people to give replies, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!
Best Regards, Siffy_1

I have not included a case or PSU and no graphics card. Personally, use this inbuilt graphics card, see how it goes. Spend your money if you think its not good enough, but it should get you something decent in the 720p res.

Don't forget you'll also need a copy of Windows 10 Home or Pro. You can get the OEM version cheaper than retail (from microsoft.com) as it's the exact same thing. OEM just means it's licensed to the computer and is non-transferable to another computer. Be sure to install the 64bit version.

Also, the 1050 is surprisingly a good card for being bus powered. Good choice :) I purchased one to upgrade my home PC. I went from an older GTX 275 (219 watts) to a 1050 (75 watts). The GTX 275 ran all my older games very well. But just to give you an idea of how far GPU tech has advanced, the 1050 is THREE TIMES faster and uses almost three times LESS power...

I would go for the new 8th gen i3. It's a much better processor at not much more. It's basically the old Core i5.

If it was me I would go for either of the below options. Using the site you linked.
Intel Core i5 8100 and Gigabyte H310 motherboard: 10,420
HyperX DDR4 8GB RAM: 5510
Geforce GTX 1050Ti: 9776
Total: 25,706

Or if you plan to play PUBG I would get the GTX 1060 3GB. It's a lot faster than the 1050Ti. Sure it's not as good as the 6GB version but for the games you are plaing it will be fine.

GTX 1060 3GB: 14,249
This puts your total at 30,179
Just over your budget but you will be on the latest hardware with more future upgrade options.

Between buying online or in store it's hard to say. You might pay more in person but it maybe easier to return if you have a faulty part. So it's really what ever suits you best.

good luck :)

A cheap 1050ti is about 11000 but that's where your cost is going.... happy medium then upgrade later?

You can change whatever you want of course, but I was trying to keep quality components, like SSD but you can get cheaper ones for about 3200, but I personally like Samsung.

Really any H110 board with DDR4 support would do. Plenty available from Asus https://www.asus.com/Motherboards/Intel-platform-Products/
