Is it safe to assemble a desktop in a room with dust? Or should i find an area that has little or no dust so as not to damage the build

Solution
Every household room has dust. But if you live somewhere that is extremely dusty, I think if you start with a clean surface to work on and don't leave the thermal paste exposed to the dust for an extended period you shouldn't have a problem. Obviously you will have to have a significant dust prevention program once the PC is completed. That should mean extra intake fans with filters to keep the case positively pressurized with relatively clean air.
