I decided to switch out the MSI R7 250X graphics card for the AMD Sapphire R7 260x, will this affect the compatibility with other parts or the ability to overclock? I bought it from here:

the cx series of PSU are crap and this GPU

the 750ti is better than the 250x and is better than a 260x.

Oh, I'm sorry if I wasted your time... I already bought the parts, they are on their way. I'd just like to know if I will be able to overclock both the CPU and GPU with the change in the graphics card just like you can with the 250x

Yeah you can overclock the r9 260x, but what CPU are you getting? If it is an i3 then no you cannot overclock it. If it is the g3258 then yes you can overclock it.
