Question Building a PC - using components from old pc

Hey,
I just bought a PC in parts from Komplett, an Intel i5 PC with RTX 2070.

The parts are listing in the link.
My question is: is it possible to use some components from my current pc in the new one, my worries are the capabilities of the PSU.

The components I'm thinking of are:
ASUS DVD Writer, DRW-24F1ST, a dvd writer
HyperX Fury DDR3 1866MHz 16GB Black, extra ram 2x8gb
Toshiba Desktop 2TB SATA 3.0, a HDD
Corsair Force Series LE 480GB 2.5'' SSD, a SSD
Also, can I use some fans from my current PC?

What PSU? The one bundled with the PC you purchased is decent.

Do you mean that I can add the fans from my old pc to the new one? So I get more fans

The Corsair PSU is perfectly fine to use.

Ram is ddr3, totally incompatible with the new system.

Drives are good, use whatever you wish.

Fans are good, use whatever you want upto the limits of the new case, only be aware you may not get functionality on some if the motherboard is set for pwm 4pin and you use 3pin, or vice versa.

If the DVD writer is an internal, then no, your new case does not have an optical drive bay. If it's external (USB) then yes, it'll plug up to anything.
