[SOLVED] Building a PC: What should I buy first?

I have recently been researching on gaming components for building a PC. I have seen people on Ebay selling items like the GeForce GTX 1080 Ti for only 112 dollars. I have a dilemma: Is is more important to get the graphics card, or the computer case? :/ I am asking this because I do not know what size of case to get and what the size of all the components would be because they might change. Does anyone have a solution to this dilemma?

You should spec out a full parts list, and buy all of it pretty much at the same time.

A GTX 1080ti for $112 is either abused to the point of not working, or an outright scam.

Exactly since used ones in good condition are still worth around $700.... or more depending on what it is.

New ones, if you can find one are over $1,000+ for the higher end ones.

Graphics cards sold at this price are either defective, or... just on the 1st bidding day... IMHO. But... I might be wrong.
You can leave the case until selecting all other components.

Well people have been having issues with the RX 580's so I would recommend the GTX 1060 6 GB.
