Building a PC

Hey all, Im going to be building a PC very soon, I dont really know much about the parts and performances. The computer would be used for playing games like Bioshick infinte, dead space, alien isolation and battlefield. It would also be used for adobe software like photoshop,illustrator etc..

Here is a list of the parts, any advice/input would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance :

power supply needs to go up to 600W to be safe.
7870 is last gen 280X would be better.
Z77 would be a better match to the 3570k
3570k is last gen, 4670k is newer and better, Z87 would then be the matching mobo

get r9 270 is better than 7870 it consumes less power and the price difference is minimal.
