This beast will get you games like BF4 on ultra with 1440p resolution and is probably the best thing out there right now. With a price tag of 1080 you simply can't get any better than this.

Looks good, although I might spend a bit more for getting a i7 4790 and 16 gb ram

With both the GTX 970 and 980 GPU, i7-4790 and 16gb of RAM are overkill and won't improve your gaming experience.

The GTX 980 will if you want to game at 1440p but for just 1080p your right.

this build is very high end, it has an amd 8 core and a gtx 980, you could do an i5 instead of the amd 8 core if you prefer intel but you would also need to get a different motherboard for an intel chip... also the gtx 980 needs a full atx motherboard, not a micro atx keep that in mind...
