Hey what's up? Happy New Year!
So am planning to build a PC but don't know which one is better, so i made a thread to see your opinions!

PC Build 1:

Mother Board: MSI H410M A-PRO LGA1200 DDR4 2933MHz
Processor: Intel Core i3-10100F Comet Lake Quad 3.6GHz
Ram Memory: 8GB DDR4 2666MHz Kingston HyperX Fury Black CL16
Graphic Card: MSI GeForce GTX 1650 SUPER VENTUS XS 4GB GDDR6
Power Supply: PSU 450W Gigabyte P450B Real Power, 80Plus Bronze
Hard Disk: 3.5" 1TB Toshiba P300 SATA3 7200rpm 64MB
SSD Disk: 2.5" Kingston A400 Series 240GB 7mm
Case: Haven't decided yet, but that's not important.

PC Build 2: (All components are the same from Build 1, expect the motherboard, CPU and GPU)

Motherboard: Gigabyte B450M-H AM4 DDR4 3600MHz
Processor: AMD Ryzen 3 3100 Quad-Core 3.6GHz
Graphic Card: Well which one of those should i choose?
Sapphire AMD PULSE Radeon RX 5500 XT 4GB GDDR6 OC
Radeon RX 570 ARMOR 8GB GDDR5 OC

As you see it's a budget PC, and enough good to play 1080p games , also i don't want to spend more.
So which one should i go for? Also how much energy/power does both PCs use on full load 1080p gaming?

Thanks!

I'd Personally put the ryzen 3100 above that i3 because it has Multithreading whereas the i3 is a straight 4 core with none.

That said they perform virtually identically for gaming.

The ryzen has a better upgrade path imo though I think personally.

The 1650 super is the best choice out of those cards easily.

You really need 16gb of ram nowadays for gaming, try and get a 2 x 8gb kit from the off into the budget even if it means changing things round slightly.

Powr usage, you're going to max out around 220w with any/either combination of those parts.

Not mad on the gigabyte psu but it's enough and at least it isn't a death trap.

To be honest? I'm rocking an I3 10100F paired with a GTX 1660S, and I couldn't ask for anything else, apart from the fact that I get stuttering, but that's because I have a single channel 8gb ram kit. I'd go for PC build 1, but you should look into replacing that 1650 with an RX 580 8gb, if you have the budget, I think the prices are similiar. I'm quite sure the 580 performs better, AMD's budget GPU's are way better.
