Building a rendering & gaming pc

Hi, im an architecture student and i make a lot of renders and animations but the program i use is a GPU base program + i play some high end graphics games. My budget is US$ 1,000.000.

And pls no AMD and only i7 (because im recently changing to a CPU Rendering program).

If you are playing some high end graphics games, the first thing to do is buy a GPU. I currently use a NVIDIA GTX 760, which kicks ass, but I strongly recommend the NVIDIA Titan X - http://www.geforce.com/hardware/desktop-gpus/geforce-gtx-titan-x/buy-gpu

If the price is too borderline for you, then try this still good GPU, but somewhat cheaper.
