Building a streaming pc

Hi i know this is usually an easy thing to look up but for me it is hard for my problem, i have a decent pc with a gtx 1070 but plan to update a lot of things. so i am trying to look for a pc build for around 800-1100 u.s dollars, minus graphics card.

this is why i waited could do a build and then find out the OP only needs a cpu motherboard and ram ! nice build though

fx 6300 8gb ram 600watt power supple and 212 evo 1 tb hardrive gtx 1070 founders edition

really had to deal with crap and so i just got the graphics card and pop it right in but not im ready to do a better build

Also is it possible to reuse a windows 10 os on a hardrive from another computer.
