Hello everyone,

I've decided to build a budget gaming PC around the FX6300 CPU. I'm only looking to play games like WoW, SC2, Diablo 3, SWTOR or high/ultra settings with good FPS or as close to that as possible. I'm trying to put together the best build for $600 or under and this is what I've come up with so far.

Now there are two rebates/coupons that don't show up, there is a $10 off coupon for first time Newegg.com customers. There is also an additional $20 rebate on the listed HDD. That would bring my build down to $561.24.

The other option would be to keep pretty much the entire build except use this MoBo with a free stick of 8gb of ram

This would bring my build to around $503.79.

I just wanted some input or what you all thought of this build, if there is anything I could tweek or change. This is my first build in awhile so any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

definitely use a mb with a 970 series chipset

I would think you can get 2 x4 gig of 1600 Mhz RAM for as little as $50 with careful shopping

And for a motherboard its hard to go past the ASUS m5A97 R2.0

But those are only suggestions . Its a great build for the price
