I would do either one I'm looking at the skylake series itself and it doesn't look that powerfull or epic some people claim it is.
Not fan boying anything but looking at the stats and the facts provided by people who test them and own them over time.
Its not super powerful or anything, its just slightly better than Haswell.
It is only worth it if you arent too limited by your budget, and you are building a new system. Cant justify upgrading from Haswell to Skylake, unless you are jumping up a category (from i3 to i5, etc).
This water cooling, thermal grease and fan will help out when you begin to over clock the cpu.
How would he overclock a 4570S CPU? Its not a K-series.
And why are you suggesting that CPU anyway? I'd rather not get an S model.
