building an itx pc

I need help deciding how to build a good itx gaming pc, I have an cool master mid tower that I would like to build possibly an Intel cpu 8th gen.
Motherboard, gpu, ram, ect.

the case I have only supports itx and mini atx motherboards but it's full size its weird but I've heard good things about 800-900$ mini builds

@OP - what case do you have? The strong argument to be made for mATX (since your case allows that size) is that you get 4 RAM slots. Always nice to be able to double RAM a few years from now without having to toss your existing stuff.

that's pretty much the same exact case as mine or the same.

That's full-on ATX. Not even mATX. Again, no reason to put a mITX mobo in a case that big.

I'm sorry I know that says mid atx but mine's the same size but only supports mini atx it's an mb511 rgb

Find a link to your exact case and post it here. You clearly don't have any idea what you're doing as you keep mixing atx and itx.

If you're having that much confusion over what sized motherboard it concerns me about the rest of your build as well. Please list your budget, any parts you have already purchased, and do you need a monitor/peripherals in that budget
