Any way to get the price under 1500 USD including tax and shipping? I want to keep the CPU and the case.

Also, I may be able to get windows for free or cheap, but please factor the full price of windows in in case I can't get it. Thanks.

Lose the extra fans and LED Controller, that will bring you to just under $1500. You can always add the fans and controller at some later time if you feel they are really necessary.

They will be since the fans that come with the case aren't as good. I can find cheaper fans though. And the case doesn't come with a window, so I took out the Hue
