I just built my own computer for Battlefield 4, and have a friend of mine who wants to do the same. While I shelled out $1000 for my build, he doesn't have as much to spend on the computer.

I'm looking for a build that could average 60 fps at 1080p on Medium to High settings, at around $600-700.

If the OS could be included in the build, that would be nice, I know when I first saw how much that was going to run me, my heart sank.

Solution
Here's my recommendation for you. It includes the OS, and will be able to run at the settings that you wanted, 60 FPS or more :

That's about $700.

You can put $30 on a decent cooler (Hyper 212) and OC that too. And you can always add more RAM later.

Well, that's exactly the trade that he made. He basically took my build, lowered the RAM to 4 GB and changed the CPU to an FX-8320 from an FX-6300... and that's about it.

Well, posted it at around the same time. Great minds 😉
