I have Dell 9010 SFF, i7 3770, 16GB RAM and Intel 4000 onboard GPU and below is the statistic when I play GTA V

GPU-88%
CPU-75'C 34% 3692 MHZ
RAM -10260MB
24FPS

I am planning to upgrade with 240GB SSD and graphic card - 1650 TI Low profile or 1050 TI Low profile but not sure which GPU should I go for, as price difference is $100 in both the cards.
Sorry I am not very much in technical.
Please suggest and help. Thanks

there is no 1650 Ti for desktops.
Only 1650 and 1650 super.
And both 1650 and 1650 super are better than the 1050Ti.
And between 1650 and 1650 super, the super wins.
Also yes,get a 240gb ssd.
I suggest Samsung 860 EVO 250gb at least,or Crucial MX500 250GB.

The addition of any GPU requires evaluation of the power supply. Open the case and get the brand and model number from the sticker on the power supply and list it here.

Thanks a lot for providing the details, but will 1650 or 1650 super will work with 240w power supply?

Pretty weak.
I suggest getting a new psu,something like a cx550 atleast.
550W should be enough for future upgrades besides the 1650/super.
Its 9010 SFF so don't thing cx550 will have space in it..I do not want to spend much due to budget issue but I can try to grab this Silverstone TX300...will it work?

Small form factor Expansion Slots:
1 half height PCIe x16
1 half height PCIe x16 (wired x 4)

Height x Length
2.731 × 6.600 (Inches)
Check specs for dimensions of the card you are buying before hand, I checked low profile 1650 dimensions:
(Height x Length)
2.72" x 6.57"

Super snug fit, but it should be fine.

Under system board connector and maximum allowable dimensions page 19.

PCIe x16 (BLUE) "Maximum wattage 50w"

Don't think it will be able to draw more then the 50w, plus i doubt most aftermarket psu would fit in the dell small form factor, if you've owned a dell they are quite proprietary in that they design their boards and chasis so you can't just slap any old parts in it. I had this one optiplex from like 2001 that had a diamond style hole pattern for cooler mount, needless to say it ran without a cpu fan for a few months, thankfully they never really get hot enough to fry like modern cpus anyway, old pentium.

Hi, its 240w power supply
The power supply +12 volt is only 17 amps = 200 watts total. You will not be able to safely add any GPU to that system. The motherboard has proprietary connections to the power supply which you won't find on any store bought PSU. That system is not really meant to be upgraded, as far as using components that will increase power draw. You could always contact Dell support to see if they offer a PSU with more power and the correct connections for your system. Dell support forums may have info. Have you tried posting there? You're probably not the first person to try and upgrade one of these.
