[SOLVED] Building budget PC

Greetings!
First i want to apologize for my bad grammar.
Lets start..
Friend of mine want PC but his knowledge about PCs is zero, so he asked me to help him out. Since i don't have that much knowledge i need to ask ya guy for check!
His budged is 200 euros (220 dollars) and he is able to buy only from site bellow. He needs it only for CS GO (he want around 200 stable fps on 1280x1024 and low settings) and for college. We were looking for some branded machine and to put GPU in it; Here is what we tough

U can notice difference in price, but for rest of budget he would buy and add GPU.

That site dues not really load for me, but just looking at the CPUs in those systems the 3rd gen i5 systems are OK if they are tower systems with a 300watt + power supply.

Keep in mind going cheap and buying used business computers to try to make a system for gaming for people that don't know exactly what they are doing will be a headache and will likely cost more in the long run than find a used gaming system already build somewhere in your area.

Hang is right.It's best to look for a local cheap prebuilt, however, if you'd rather build one, and if your only looking to play CS:GO and do work for college, a GTX 750TI would probably do the job.It's not a god tier card, so it wont be able to smoothly run every game you throw at it, but on CS:GO on low settings, it gets around 150-200 fps paired with an i5 2400. the card is around £50 UK,But I dont know where your from. Just be careful buying a card, there is alot of scams now. Personally, I think you should just buy a cheap prebuilt system, regarding the circumstances your friend is in.
