Building computer before all parts arrive

I ordered my computer and am going to be building my PC for the first time. Everything will be arriving later this week, however my video cards aren't coming until the 30th. I was going to build everything and so when the cards come I can just pop them in. Could there be any feasible problems this way?

Nope, no problem at all, if you assemble everything correctly.
