I went to PCPartPicker to build my own PC. Its a little over my budget, so if anyone has any other suggestion for me to change that will give me better performance for less price or better performance for the same price, let me know.

OK so here are my general suggestions and changes below.
- Your case is to expensive for the components you are putting in it. Put let money in a case and more into go fast parts. The one I chose is on sale and comes with a free DVD burner.
- Upgrade the CPU from the 4300 to 6300 for only a few bucks.
- Get a larger SSD, you will be glad you did. 60GB doesn't have much room after the OS
- Get a less expensive HDD. IF you have a SSD for OS and Apps this drive doesn't have to be lightening fast. This drive is not that much slower than a WD Black drive
- Memory is a bit faster and cheaper on sale
- Drop the liquid cooler unless you are looking to OS. If you are get a good air cooler, it's cheaper with similar results.
- With the savings get a much better GPU. A GTX660 is night and day compared to a 7770
- keep motherboard, PSU, and OS.

You're spending far, far too much on PSU, Case, CPU cooler, etc.

For this budget I also recommend you get either a HDD or SSD at first. If you want, add the other later. Here's my suggestion:
