costs are less with included better cooler,would let the cpu do it's "turbo" thing instead of overclocking.
Don't think in real life you'll notice the speed difference between the two ssd's.
Think the motherboard has better audio.

Anyway,your build looks fine so if that is what you want go for it.;)
