Building first gaming PC with $400 budget

Hi
I really want to build my own PC but i have never tried it before, i don't know much about the hardware and that is why i'm asking now.
I want a PC not much more the $400. I need it to be at least 3,0 GHz.
I don't need Monitor, keyboard, mouse or Windows 7 since i already have it.

And i live in Denmark which could effect something 😉
