Building first PC, feedback please

ok so here goes,

i'm planning on building a new computer (my first), i have adequate knowledge on what i'm doing. the thing that bothers me is when i happen to get the components for my pc, that they end up not working with each other, and if the parts i choice are proper (i.e not junk). i had set up everything on my shopping cart and it totaled to 790 (before tax, etc). i have a budget of $850, i just need feed back on my choices::

Case w/power supply
-Cooler Master Elite 350 Mid Tower Case w/ 500W PSU

Graphics card
-ASUS GeForce GTX 750 Ti 2GB

CPU
-Intel Core i5-4430 Quad-Core Processor

Motherboard
-ASUS H81M-E Socket 1150 Intel H81 Chipset

Memory(RAM)
-Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3

Storage
-WD Green 1TB 3.5" SATA3

For similar prices, amd cards will dominate a 750 ti. And as a primary drive, wd green is not the way to go. Ideally you want black (or an ssd), but blue will suffice.
