building first pc for gaming. AMD FX 8230

I'm planning to build my first gaming PC and here are my possible specs.

•Processor: AMD FX-8320
•GPU: Asus GeForce GTX 660 2GB
•MOBO: ASRock 970 Pro3 R2.0
•CASING: Cooler Master Elite 431 Plus
•PSU: XFX TS 550W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
•RAM: Kingston Predator 8GB

my budget is about $650 bucks and i want to know:

-is my PSU good enough for this setup?
-should i consider buy some cooling system?
-FX8320 or 8320e?

get another motherboard, this board cannot handle the load of 8-core FX 8320. Go for the Gigabyte 970A-UD3P instead, similar price.
The PSU is top notch and plenty enough for a FX CPU + any videocard.
Get the 8320 , the e version has lower clockspeeds , less TDP and is more expensive. Its the same chip.
Why getting the 660? The Radeon R9 270x is faster and cheaper!

This. Definitely consider an R9 270x or even R9 270 unless you're getting the GTX 660 for a ridiculously low price from a friend or something.

I don't know exactly what kind of setup is the best for the limited budget.
but this arrangement seems better, i think i should take it.
