The GTX 770 is essentially an over-clocked version of the GTX680 and should beat-down the 660 by 30-40%.

It may cost more but if you want you can get a LGA1155 mobo and get your CPU changed to a i5-4670k although this would cost more long-term.

The i5-4670k alone is £167.94 inc VAT, and will slash nearly £100 out of the budget -- likely from the video card.
