I know a little bit about computers and specs, but not so much about building one from scratch, if you guys could recommend anything to me it'd be great, looking to spend around 1700 - 2000 Euros, as I want something quite decent. Thanks all

Solution
So I've came up with a probably overkill build that will run everything max for the next 5 years at least costing 2000 Euro
Cooler Master CM Storm Stryker
ASUS Z97 Maximus VII Hero
Intel i7-4790K
Asus STRIX-GTX980 4GB OC
16GB Corsair Vengeance DDR3
Corsair RM1000 1000w 80 plus gold power supply
Samsung DRD RW SATA Drive
Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO cooler
Samsung 250GB 850 EVO SSD
2x Seagate Barracuda 2TB 7200 RPM
(total 4.2 TB storage)

@Rhezner I really like the build you came up with.
By the way, I figured out Scan doesn't ship to Malta although they do most of Europe.

I would recommend amazon.co.uk, scan.co.uk or pixmania for parts in Europe. I'd like to help you come up with a PC build :) . A few questions, are there any features important to you? Would you need a lot of storage? Do you do any PC related work or specialist hobbies other than gaming?

I'd have to say yes to a lot of storage, no other work or specialist hobbies, thanks for the help :)

if you don't need an OS

4790k is probably the best gaming CPU with a nocutua nh-d15 to cool it.

Motherboard that supports sli for future upgrades

2133mhz CAS latency 9 RAM

The fastest GPU currently available, beating the titan x.

2tb of hdd space

great quiet highly recommended case.

80+ gold, fully modular, tier 1, 850 watt psu for future 980ti SLI.
