So i'm building new rig for gaming. I will play CSGO and Watch dogs 2. I would pick Intel i5 6500, RX460 gigabyte 4gb windforce OC edition, 8 gb ram, Gigabyte GA-Z170-HD3 ATX, no ssd and 500w psu for 45$ from EVGA. Its my first build and i'm on budget. Maybe i can get some tips. Sorry for english if something is wrong :D I will buy everytihing from newegg and z170 mobo is cuz i will overclock base clock.

Solution

Power supply you selected is garbage. You do not need that cooler the 6500 comes with one that works just as well and is just as quiet. and you should use 2x4gb ram so you can take advantage of dual channel which boosts speed as much as 30%

Thats why my build is a much better buy for your money

What it's your budget?

Apart from that, the rx460 is an entry level card. Would be fine for CS:go, lol and other games which not requires for great graphic settings. Maybe, you will be a little "short" for games like Watch Dogs 2 or other demanding titles. It depends on your budget and how you want to play them (1080p, high, ultra, etc).

About the overclocking, the i5 6500 cannot be overclocked so a z170 motherboard would kind of be a waste of money. In the case of Intel, only "-K" CPU can be overclocked like the i5 6600K or i7 6700K. Moreover, the rx4600 would be the most obvious bottleneck there and you will get little (if not none) increase in performance. It's not worth to get a i5 6600k and overclock it when you are using a rx460.

Where do you plan to get windows for 20€ ?

Also keep in mind using that Z170 board to overclock is not guaranteed. The BIOS has that feature locked out for non K processors, so instead you need to flash an older BIOS. This may work, or it may brick your motherboard.

Maybe in getting an H170 board you can pick up an RX 470 should give you a good bump at 1080p

THe GTX 960 is a waste of money right now especially at that price. Also you forgot to budget for a copy of Windows 10. This build is far better:

Better newer GPU, you do not need that CPU cooler you picked the I5-6500 comes with one that works identically, and the PSU I picked is FAR better quality.

Do not buy those keys from Kinguin. Many times they are stolen or otherwise not legitly obtained bulk licenses. We have had users here have many problems with them, including their computer license invalidating daily. You will be out 26 euros and still need to buy Windows.

The newest stock coolers are not loud, and in fact any flat cooler is going to be noisy, you need a tower cooler for quiet, so the one you picked won't help.

I have no idea on shipping outside of the US, sorry.

You can do what you want but as I said we always recommend against it, because you may well be buying a stolen key, or you may end up with a key that gets invalidated. I have seen this happen more than once. Not worth the risk and waste of money.
