I just bought some new parts for my PC. I now have these parts, purchased in 2014. My brother can't afford a gaming PC but I wondered if I could give him these parts and he could add the rest for real cheap and have an okay gaming PC. This is what I have (All purchased in 20104).

MOBO: Asus P8Z77-V LK ATX LGA1155
CPU: Intel Core i7-3770K 3.5GHz (3.9 TURBO) Quad-Core
COOLER: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
PSU: Corsair Professional 750W 80+ Gold Certified
MEMORY: Corsair Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3-1600
SDD: 1X Samsung 840 EVO 120GB 2.5"

So I think I would need a GPU, Case and HDD. If it seems like a good idea, anyone have any idea what good parts recommendations would be (cheap but also taking advantage of what we have here)?

The 120GB SSD will only hold 1-2 modern sized games, but beggars can't be choosers.

Yeah, looks like a good starter system.

What's the country and budget for the remaining components?
I figure he'll need a case, HDD, GPU and an OS. I would like to keep the cost as low as possible but have the system be pretty good. I'm not sure what that would mean as far as price. I need to make sure the price is low for him, in order for him to take me up on the offer. I also want to make sure I suggest good parts so he gets the most bang for his buck. We are in U.S.A.
