Dear Community,
the reason why I am lookind to buy a new Gaming PC-System is that last week my Notebook broke down. A short circuit, caused by an obviously damaged power adapter, destroyed the motherboard. Diagnosis irepairable. 4 years old ASUS G501 JW turned to dust in 1 second. I am returning back to Desktop solutions !
I personally have no clue of how to put a PC-System together myself so I would prefer to buy a complete and ready system. I also need a Monitor fitting my system.
Aproximate purchase Date: very soon (next 1-2 weeks)
Location: EU, Germany, Hannover
Budget Range: min. 900, max. 1400 EUR
System Usage from Most to Least Important: Gaming (Grim Dawn, Witcher III, Steampunk 2077, & Diablo 4 should also work), Working (Adobe Creative Suite, CAD), Internet surfing, Recording/Mixing (CUBASE)
Are you buying a Monitor: Yes, advice very much appreciated as the last time I've been looking for one is ages ago.
Part to Upgrade: Completely new build
Do you need to buy OS: Yes, Win 10 64 Pro preferred
Preferred Website(s) for Parts: n.a. I prefer buying an already build-together system, ready to start as I am not able to build the system myself.
Parts Preferences: I have a slight preference using AMD CPU and Radeon Graphics as for the economic advantage vs. Intel/Nvidia.
Overclocking: no
SLI/Crossfire: Not necessarily
Your Monitor Resolution: As I do not have a Monitor in my posession I would like to purchase a Monitor perfectly fitting to my system. As the amateur I am I would say Full HD would be the least I'd be expecting. Some people say that higher Res Monitors claim too much of the systems power but I have no idea if that is true or not. Guess it depend on the whole Setup so I would be thankful for advice on which Monitor to get, thanks in advance!
Additional Comments: A quiet Pc would be nice. I`d also prefere a midi tower size if recommendable
Why am I Upgrading/Buying?: As I described in the beginning, my notebook broke down, it's irepairable and I need a new Computer that meets my standard requirements and is also being capable of dealing with upcoming titles like steampunk 2077 and Diablo 4.
