Solution

Processor looks good

Mobo is good, also look at the asrock extreme3 gen3, probably a better board than the gigabyte for the same price with usb 3.0: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157271&Tpk=extreme3%20gen3 =$114

memory (ram) is good.

Superclocked 570 is good for playing games at 1080p for a long time.

Dvd is good.

I would change:
Change HDD to spinpoint f3: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152185&Tpk=spinpoint%20f3

change case to HAF 922, 89$ http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811119197

You need a cpu fan, the hyper 212+ is great, it can handle overclocks easily at 4.5mhz on your i5 2500k.

psu is a bit expensive for a 750w, try: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817182067 =89$

if you want to add an ssd, you can't go wrong with crucial m4 64gig (put your operating system and your favorite game on it)
