Hello, I am looking for a high-end gaming PC that will give me 240fps at 1080p for fortnite/overwatch, I will be playing on low graphical settings and stretched resolution, with a 240hz monitor.

I customized a PC on ibuypower, and have had one set of eyes look over the list and am seeking further opinion. Please let me know! Thanks

Do not plan on streaming, just want the most competitive edge in gaming for whatever I'll play. I customized a PC on ibuypower, and have had one set of eyes look over the list and am seeking further opinion.

This build will be better suited for 240Hz gaming and can push majority of games to their max limit.

For gaming performance i7-8700K is on par with it i5-9600K and little below i7-9700K but the performance gain from RTX2080Ti is extremely big and it negates the minimal performance loss of going with last gen i7 over new gen i7.

I'm not sure what framerates are typical on Fortnite, but, certainly the 9700K is quite fast, as is the RTX2070...

As to if that combo is capable of 240 fps at 1080P in Fortnite you'd have to check for Youtube reviews perhaps. (I'd personally think 240 Hz monitors to be perhaps questionable in general, as many of the blockbuster games such as BF1 or BF5 stand no prayer of exceeding even 140-150 fps, so I'd be unsure of how well a 240 Hz monitor responds to lesser frame rates...)

Very solid build all-round, and should be plenty capable for what you want to achieve. I'd potentially consider an Intel 660p NVMe SSD, they were ~$110 last I checked for a 1TB.

I don't know much about 240Hz panels, so can't comment on first hand experience.

Build looks good, except I'd recommend picking an AIO from a more reputable brand. There's one guy who reported that his Deepcool Captain transparent pipe near the pump head burst during usage. Imagine losing your whole setup just because of it. I couldn't find the exact post, but there's another issue posted in LTT here.

Consider getting Cooler Master's ML240R. It's good. I use ML360R myself. Great cooling score.
