Building gaming PC

Hi, i'm building a gaming pc and i would like to know some opinions of the components that i choosed. Here's the specs:

CPU: i5-6500 or i5-6600k (is the extra money worth it?)
MOBO: MSI B150M MORTAR (Is there any better for the same price?)
GPU: Not buying now, but probably it will be an GTX 960 (Should i choose another?)
Memory: 1x 8gb (16gb later)
Disk: 1TB Disk (+ SSD later)
PSU: XFX XT 500W 80PLUS Bronze

I know.. Gaming PC without a GPU? I can't afford it right now.

I don't wan't to spend a lot more than this..
What do you guys think?

Yes that's a good build, it's not worth the extra money to get the 6600k since your on a tight budget. And how much to do have to spen on the gpu?
