Hi guys im looking into building my own gaming PC the budget is 700e (788.06$) (600 GBP)

For the money that you see there i would like to get the best possible GFX / cpu

what would your components be for this budget

Solution
It will run modern games at 1080p at enjoyable FPS (OverWatch, WoW 60+ fps).

Notice, i haven't picked any hdd, since it will raise the cost to 650. You can get one later.

Also, h110 is the cheapest socket, with *limited* expansion options. Though, usually it's more than enough for budget gamer.
