I am building a rig with hope to run games like BF4, LoL, and AC Black Flag on the highest possible graphic settings. I would like to keep the cost under 1500$ but that is debatable if it is really important I spend more. I would also like to be able to stream games with very high quality. Despite this being my first rig i want it to be top quality and don't really want anything that's going to need soon replacement.
I made this build the other day and I am happy with it but i am still a little unsure on a few parts such as the GPU

I know that i probably don't need to get the i7 and could probably go with a cheaper i5 but i am pretty heart set on an i7
I built this build based upon what others recommended to me but i am not set on any of the parts besides the i7 and if anyone has a recommendation on if i could swap any out for something better that would be appreciated.
in terms of the GPU i really like the GTX 770 but i have also been looking at the 290x and heard really great things about it but it is kind of out of my budget.
The 290x cooling system worry's me but I know soon they will be able to be purchased with a better cooling system so it might be wise for me to hold off and wait for that to be released.
My other main worry is that the GTX 770 just wont be able to handle the high quality games well enough especially in a couple years.
Currently I am leaning towards the 770 because of just how solid in all aspects compared to the 290x which has problems cooling and with them not working at all and also due to the budget.
Because I am new to building rigs I don't know much about overclocking but from what i have heard about the the 4770k and 290x i think overclocking would be well in my interests. As for overclocking the CPU i have no idea if i should or not.
In conclusion I need some input on what my next move should be. Should I order that build maybe with slight alterations? Should I stretch my budget and get a 290x instead of the 4770k? Should i wait for the upgraded cooling system on the 290x to come out?
PS. This is my first post so please forgive me for any errors I may of made in format and such xD
