HI,

I am an CG artist ,i m going to buy a desktop which will for Lighting and rendering.
I Write Configuration for desktop computer.i write configuration according by me you can also suggest me best machine.
how much overclocking i can do in that configuration.



Computer configuration For Lighting And Rendering


1. Cpu - INTEL CORE I3-8100 3.60 GHZ COFFEE LAKE-S 8TH GEN PROCESSOR

2.Mother board - ASUS PRIME-H310M-E INTEL

Unfortunately, with computers like these you can't low-ball it. I personally would get ryzen (better multi core and oc unlocked) 2600X or 2700(X). Get a good $100 mobo and at least $70 on a psu. 16 GB ram minimum (preferrably 3000mhz+) with a gtx 1070 minimum (rendering takes more gpu than cpu). I'd also bump up the ssd to the 970 evo for faster project loads, but that's purely optional. Everything else looks ok. This is what i would consider minimum for a good rendering machine. I mean, you could try 2600 (non x) and gtx 1060, but you need a good processor and a fairly good gpu, unless you want rendering to take forever...

Idk your budget, but this will make a GOOD budget rendering rig. P.S. if oc, get an aftermarket cooler.
