[SOLVED] Building Micro or MINI setup, does it work?

I was thinking about building a mini setup. but was afraid of cooling issues or perhaps other issues people have with this? What are the pro and cons? Keep in mind I want to put some quite larger hardware into one of these too like a GTX 1080 or greater.

Generally bad idea. There is no magic, fast GPU will generate lots of heat which needs to be vented outside efficiently.

I helped my friend build one of the box ones. It gets enough airflow, but the cabling was a b****. I fear those are the only acceptable ones to put a GPU in atm.

Alternatively, I built one for my wife that uses the onboard AMD graphics. They've come quite a way and she's able to keep up with me in FFXIV and whatnot. Lower settings of course.
