CPU: Intel i7-4790K

Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-Z97-D3H

RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (1*8GB / 2*4GB)

Samsung 840 EVO 120GB SSD

Western Digital Caviar Black 1TB

GPU: MSI GTX 750 Ti 2GB TWIN FROZR / ASUS / ZOTAC / GIGABYTE GTX 750 Ti

Case: Gamemax- 9601A

Power Supply: CORSAIR 650W (VS/RM Series)

For Video/Image editing more RAM is better in most cases. If you still want to stick with 8GB you have to go with the one 8GB stick so you can just buy 8GB dimms later to have up to 32GB of RAM. If you were to get two 4GB sticks you would only max out at 16GB or 24GB with 2x4GB + 2X8GB. By going with 8GB you don't have left over RAM and can max out the RAM later on.

i7 4790K is a really good CPU but if you don't plan on overclocking there is no point with going with a unlocked-k processor and Z97 motherboard meant for overclocking. You are better off getting a good H97 motherboard for less money and then buy a lockex Xeon processor like the Xeon 1231V3 which is basically a locked i7 without an IGP at a price between an i5 and i7...

By going with a Xeon and compatible H97 motherboard you will probably save a good amount of money if you can get access to these items.

What change should I exactly make in my PSU? I'll go for 2TB WD Blue in place of 1TB WD Black n I'm Planning for Cooler Master / Intel heatsink.

Seasonic S12II 520 Watts PSU
it is of around 5200 in flipkart.

yes seasonic comes in 2 tier and corsair vs series comes in 3 tier in psu tier list.See for efficiency before buying.
