Building my first DAW ($900 - $1000)

I recently got in to music production and managed to buy several instruments to create a recording studio. Only problem is, I don't have DAW to do it on.

I'm currently using a Tablet for work, So I'd prefer to make my own PC that'll be able to smoothly run all of my programs and support the power for each instrument.

Spending limit: $900 - $1000 (Does not include Monitor, keyboard, etc.)

Creating by: March 2014

Preferred OS: Windows 7 Ultimate or Windows 8

Programs I'd like to use: Native Instruments Maschine 2.0, Reason 5, Ableton Live 9, FL Studios, Pro Tools and Audacity

Any advice, or prior builds would be most helpful. I'm just looking for information on how I can build a PC like this

I have yet to build a system but am planning out one and have been doing a lot of research (actually been planning for a year but my old one still is hanging in there so I haven't pull the trigger yet). From what I have been able to find there does seem to be an advantage to the 4770 Haswell chips for DAW useage. I also think that 16GB is a good number if you do a lot of plugins. That could make a system at 900-1000 a challenge but it will depend on what else you what to do with it. If it is just DAW I think you can do it cause you wouldn't need a higher end GPU and if you don't need to O/C you can avoid the more expensive 4770K and Z87 MB. I plan a system that can do everything so I'm at about 1300. Still debating about Win 8.1 or 7

Hey if I where you I would check out either linustectips build for his work station. This will BLOW away all programs you mentioned above and then some it WHIZED. Through adobe suite after effects 4d/3d and effects so music production will be no issues . The only thing I would change about this build is to use Asus Rampage IV Black Edition EATX mother board. Or you could go with a ASUS P9X79-E WS board either way it kicks ass and is super future proff fir everything you mentioned..

As far as a DAW , Im not sure if any ones aware of this but I thought I share my experiences and what has worked for me. I can speak from experience when I was a beginner. I was I did some research online , and found a program that was really good and pretty intuitive software I became pretty decent in a few days. 
Which is most important to me for beginners is ease of use. I wasn't expecting it to be so great but it really surprised me. Works very well for my midi controller and pads.. (MPK 25) I bought it from this website here . I used them as a beginner and used for a very long time.. I still use it today from time to time. All the programs you mentioned above are more professional oriented and super awesome programs as well which I own. But between this build and the DAW you should have an unstoppable work station my friend.
