Hey mates, I'm going to build a budget pc that can run most games on medium with good framerate.

At the moment I picked this parts:
AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core
Asus Radeon R7 360 2GB
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze
Wireless
USB 3.0

I need suggestions for a 50€ motherboard.
What do you think of the build? Will it run GTA5, DayZ, H1Z1, FIFA, Arma(probably not lmao) and others.
Thanks.

If you are planning to replace it in less than 2 years, don't bother buying it now, wait till you have a few 100 more and buy a faster system now instead of spending money twice. You can't upgrade the X4, you will need to swap to Intel, or a newer socket for AMD, which means a new motherboard.

If you want a lower budget system you can upgrade with just a new CPU and video card, get an i3-6100 CPU and a 1151 socket motherboard. Aside from that, you are just spending money twice on parts. There is a $40 difference in CPU prices, but at least you are not throwing away your CPU and motherboard in 2 years, you will be saving money, and very quickly also.
That is a very low end build so I would not get my hopes up of playing at 1080p at ultra settings and 60 fps. What is your overall budget? Do you already have some parts? What country are you buying the parts?

I know, I don't want it to run on Ultra 60 FPS. I want games like GTA 5 to run medium with 45-60 FPS. And H1Z1
My budget is 450€. No, I don't have parts. I'm buying them from Portugal because that's where I live.

AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core 76.90€
Asus Radeon R7 360 2GB 122.50€
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM 51.91€
EVGA 500W 80+ Bronze 64.60€
Wireless 12€
Total: 327.91€
What motherboard would you reccommend?

What are your future plans for the system? Your are getting parts that are on the lower end TODAY, what will happen in a few years when more demanding games are out? You may want to re-think your budget and maybe save up a few more 100 for a better setup. The CPU you are picking does not have an upgrade path. For your budget you can't even get a Windows license, and what about keyboard/mouse/monitor? Case? http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/q1-2016-system-builder-marathon-662-dollar-budget-pc,4523.html

In a year and a half I will upgrade it.

MSI A68HM-E33 V2
Crucial DDR3-1600MHz 8GB
XFX TS 550W
TP-Link Wireless N 150Mbps PCI-e
Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
Asus Radeon R7 360 2GB
AMD Athlon X4 860K 3.7GHz Quad-Core
Nox Pax USB 3.0

I alread have a monitor in mind, and I already have a keyboard and mouse.
And I already have a windows license.
