Hello.

I am building a gaming pc for the first time and I would like some opinions. This is the build I have come up with so far. So please correct if I have done something wrong. Also I have a few "special" questions. Is there going to be bottleneck? Is the power enough (count in +1 HDD 650GB and 1 SSD 256GB) ? Is the RAM good or a 3000mhz would be better(Trying to save some money since its a budge pc) Also I want to point out about the mother board. I know there are cheaper options but I am planing to upgrade to an i5-8600k In a few years so I better buy an expensive motherboard now and just a new CPU in the future. I will be playing modern games like Battlefield 1, GTA 5, etc.

ASROCK Z370 PRO4, I5-8400 /2.8GHZ/9MB/BOX/1151, 8G DDR4 2666 ADATA, PALIT GTX1060 DUAL 6GB GDDR5, 1T SG SATA 6G/7200 ST1000DM010, PSU CM ELITE V3 600W, Segotep GANK-II-BK Case

Solution
Make sure your RAM is two 4GB DIMMs rather than a single 8GB (IMO). The ability to just "add more RAM" at a later date is iffy at best. Get the RAM upfront.

This!!! get the best ram you can upfront. if they aren't the same rams one set is going to end up reducing the speed of the other set.

Currently the price difference between i5 8400 and i5 8600k is only $66. since you are already getting a z370 MOBO why not just the 8600k?
