Building my first gaming pc with $600-$800 budget

I play many MMOs and other high-end games on my current pc, but I can only run very low graphics. Even then, I only get around 10-30 fps. I would really appreciate it if you guys could help me out. I've been looking around PC part picker, newegg, and asked some of the gamers in my MMOs for assistance with this, But even with their help, I have not found a suitable pc. I would prefer a 4gb ram, but if you think 8gb would be better, I am fine with that. Everything else is fine by your standards.

So I noticed you did not include a CPU cooler or a SSD in the list. Do I need a CPU cooler or SSD to enhance my gaming? also, I believe I will have to buy a operating system, would you recommend windows 7 pro? Sorry about the super-late reply, but I have finally budgeted enough to build this computer, so I wanted to make sure everything is in order.

Ok, soz for the late reply on my behalf, ive been out of action recently X). Anyways, you don't really need a cpu cooler for "enhanced" gaming, by which I presume you mean better graphics settings/better fps, neither do you need an SSD. But a CPU cooler will allow for overclocking which will give ever so slight performance gains in games, although most of the time not worth it for normal consumers... An SSD will help with load times, but not much else. I would recommend windows 7 oem edition (btw whats wrong with using the 8 from the previous comp), pro isn't worth the money again for gamers
