It's a lot of gaming performance for the money. If you don't have your heart set on that motherboard or case, you could do it a little cheaper and still have good quality parts.

CPU: Intel Core i5-6500 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor ($197.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Motherboard: MSI B150M Pro-VD Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard ($61.99 @ Amazon)
Memory: Kingston HyperX Fury Black 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2133 Memory ($59.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Storage: PNY CS1311 240GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($59.99 @ Micro Center)
Storage: Seagate 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Hybrid Internal Hard Drive ($69.88 @ OutletPC)
Case:...
No need for the unlocked processor and cooler since you won't be overclocking on that B150 motherboard. You could put that money towards an SSD and better quality PSU.
